I wrote and posted this almost three years ago. And where are we today as a country? If you are honest, you would say, “In pretty bad shape.”

As a youngster growing up, I did not have the luxury of TV. However, a few friends had TV and when I visited my mother in the big city I was able to watch the Saturday morning cartoons and westerns. One of my favorites was the Lone Ranger. At the beginning of each episode the announcer would introduce the show by saying, “Return with us now to those thrilling days of yesteryear.”

We soon will be returning to days of yesterday. The years of Obama and Biden. However it, unlike the Lone Ranger won’t be a fictional story. It will be real and a story of horror and not very thrilling.

If Biden carries out his agenda, it will be as though all the gains the country made the past four years will be wiped out as though they never were. The difference being the people who will be in charge and making decisions will have moved beyond being progressives to full blown socialists with some moving into Marxism and their starting point will be where the Obama regime left off. A regime whose every policy was designed to weaken the country.

On this day Jan 20, 2021 Biden was sworn into office and within hours signed 15 Executive Orders undoing a lot of Trumps accomplishments for the country. Included were minimum wage, federal funding of abortions, and stopping the construction of the wall along the southern border. That coming as thousands of Hondurans are on the way.

In the fictional stories, the Lone Ranger and his faithful companion Tonto would arrive to save the day. The Lone Ranger or Mighty Mouse won’t be coming to rescue us. But we do have Jesus Christ and if we will put our trust in the Savior he will rescue us.

That doesn’t mean we shouldn’t resist and dissent against the atrocities that will be perpetuated against the citizens of this country that was founded on Christian values and principles. In God We Trust and long live our Republic
